How It Works

A Deliberate Path From Discovery to Rollout

No two operations are alike, so no project starts with software. It starts with understanding how goods, equipment, documents, and information actually move through your business — including the informal workarounds nobody wrote down.

Delivery Process

Eight Stages, Each With a Clear Output

STAGE 01

Operational Discovery

On-site or remote sessions to understand your systems, sites, teams, and daily routines. Output: a clear picture of the current operation.

STAGE 02

Workflow Mapping

Each relevant workflow documented step by step — hand-offs, approvals, paperwork, and the points where information goes missing.

STAGE 03

Solution Design

A written proposal covering scope, integrations, hardware, rules, responsibilities, and a realistic timeline. No surprises later.

STAGE 04

Integration & Configuration

Connectors built against your approved systems' APIs; scanners, stations, and alert rules configured for your sites.

STAGE 05

Pilot Deployment

A limited live pilot — one warehouse, one route, or one equipment category — so results can be checked against reality.

STAGE 06

Testing & Training

Validation against real records, then hands-on training for the staff who will use the system every day.

STAGE 07

Controlled Rollout

Extension to further sites and categories at a pace the operation can absorb, with support during each step.

STAGE 08

Continuous Improvement

Rules, alerts, and reports refined as data accumulates — and an optional managed monitoring service if you want us to stay involved.

Commercial Model

Pay for What You Use, Know What You're Paying For

Four straightforward commercial components. Every proposal itemises them separately.

Software Subscription

Monthly or annual, scaled by users, warehouses, tracked assets, processed documents, connected systems, and transaction volume.

Implementation & Integration

One-time fees for configuration, software integration, workflow design, data migration, scanner deployment, and staff training.

Custom Development

Customer-specific connectors, reports, dashboards, automation rules, and operational modules, scoped and quoted per project.

Managed Monitoring

An optional managed service: we help review alerts, system performance, data quality, and operational exceptions with you.

Data & Security

Your Systems, Your Data, Your Approval

Connecting to commercial systems is a matter of trust. Our working principles are simple:

  • Integrations connect only to systems you approve, using credentials you control and can revoke
  • Access is scoped to the minimum data each function needs
  • Every automated action is logged and traceable to its trigger
  • AI outputs reference their source records — answers you can verify, not black-box claims
  • Data processing arrangements are agreed in writing before any connection is made
  • UK GDPR obligations are addressed in our privacy policy and per-customer agreements

Common Questions

Asked Before Every Project

Do we have to replace our existing systems?
No — that is the point. AN Wholesale solutions are designed to operate alongside your established CRM, ERP, warehouse, inventory, and transport platforms, connecting through their available APIs. You keep your systems; we add the intelligent layer between them.
Which platforms can you integrate with?
We plan integrations against major commercial platform categories — CRM, ERP, warehouse management, inventory, fleet and transport, accounting, supplier portals, and customer service systems. Feasibility for any specific platform depends on the APIs it exposes and your licence terms, which is exactly what we confirm during discovery before making commitments.
Is this a finished product we can buy today?
We are honest about this: AN Wholesale is an early-stage company building one coherent platform. Core modules are in active development, some capabilities are planned, and customer-specific integration and tracking projects are delivered as custom development today. Every solution page states its current status.
How long does a first deployment take?
It depends on scope, which is why we start with a limited pilot — one warehouse, one route, or one equipment category. Discovery and workflow mapping typically come first, and the written solution design includes a realistic timeline before any work is committed.
What hardware is required for asset tracking?
Whatever suits your sites: barcode scanners, QR code labels, RFID readers, NFC tags, or dedicated check-in/check-out stations. Hardware is selected during solution design and deployed as part of implementation — often starting with the simplest option that solves the problem.
Who sees our operational data?
Access is limited to the systems and people you approve. Credentials remain under your control, every automated action is logged, and data processing terms are agreed in writing before any connection is made. See our privacy policy for details.
